- Your preference for an exchange (different size or style) or a refund

Returns - Underwear

If you wish to return any underwear for store credit or a refund, please ensure they are unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging. VANTA reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, email us at info@vanta.store with your name and order number, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
